Everyone gets evaluated for strengths and weaknesses and regular body composition measurements to measure progress. You get an individualized training program, nutrition program and 1-1 training.
You also receive regular nutrition and BioSignature modulation check-ins as you progress.

At a minimum, 3 days per week for great results. Ideally, 4 days per week will achieve the best results. Training sessions are 45-55 minutes long.

The Process
Working with Rich is all about results. For the best results, you need specificity. This means that your program has to be designed for you based on your body’s current state of function for optimal performance, fat-loss and injury prevention for long-term health and fitness.
Step 1:
You will be assessed using Charles Poliquin’s method of structural balance evaluation before the program design even takes place. Your weaknesses, strengths and flexibility will be tested to determine your starting point.
Step 2:
Using BioSignature Modulation, your nutritional and hormonal needs will be evaluated to complete your program design plan and optimize fat loss and muscle gain. We will evaluate and log sleep, stress and daily habits for further customization.
Step 3:
Taking your assessments and evaluations, your individualized plan will be designed, implemented, monitored and advanced as you move through the training process for optimal results.
About
Rich Jacobs has been a strength and conditioning coach and functional sports nutritionist for more than 20 years. Working as the strength coach, he assisted in the achievement of 9 NCAA Conference Championships in the Big East, Big Ten and SEC and a National Championship in the SEC.

He went on his own after his stint in the NCAA and pursued further accreditation in functional and integrative nutrition and helped professional, collegiate and general population athletes resolve fatigue, sleep and hormonal issues. Rich has helped the biggest names in the NFL achieve their body comp and strength goals.
Rich was the Director of Functional Nutrition at Michigan Elite Conditioning for Athletes where he helped to take the program to a new level by integrating functional nutrition into an existing strength program and accelerate results.
Rich is now one of the lead instructors for Poliquin where he teaches the BioSignature Modulation to coaches and trainers around the world.
